EA- Business Development Series:
Our Business Plan Development Series is for start-up businesses. It is
for entrepreneurs who have a concept and need the resources and support
to develop a viable business plan. It is also for start-up business
owners that have been in business for several months but have not yet
developed a plan to guide their business growth or to seek financing.
Our start-up programs are structured to meet the lifestyle needs of the
entrepreneur:
The Day Time Immersion Class is for entrepreneurs who are committed full time to accelerating the launch of their business.
The Evening Intensive Program is for entrepreneurs who have jobs or are already running their businesses and are available only in the evenings.
EA Strategic Growth Planning Series:
The Strategic Growth Planning Series is for existing businesses who want
to grow their business. These business owners are interested in taking
the time to assess where they are and to develop a strategic plan for
growth beginning in 2006. We have two programs to meet the needs of
different stages of existing businesses:
Emerging Businesses - this program is for businesses 6 months to 3 years
old, who have may or may not have a business plan but are generating
revenue and are committed to attracting new customers and getting to
that next level of profitability.
Established Businesses - this program is for businesses 3 years or older
who have three years of financial data and are committed to assessing
their existing operations to develop a strategic plan for continued
growth.
