Our philosophy of consulting is simple. We want to
establish a long term relationship with you over time
to support you as you grow your business. We understand
the resource constraints when first starting up, so
we have developed a three tiered rate structure to
support your cashflow as you grow.
We have pooled the talents and resources of
experts across the region to support your start-up
needs. These EA Partners/Consultants fees range from
$175/hour to $250/hour.

EA Graduate Consulting
Each graduate of the EA-1000 training program
receives one free hour of consulting twice monthly
for three months after the class to support the
execution of their start-up implementation plan. Graduates
are further supported with one-on-one consulting with
EA Strategic Partners and Consultants (level three
rates) for the next 3 months after graduation. EA
Graduates will then have access to EA Consultants
at level two rates for the remainder of their first
year after graduation. For each EA Graduate, the consulting
needs will be assessed, and a consulting plan will
be developed and agreed upon prior to graduation.
Established Business Consulting
Small businesses that have been in business for 3
months or more receive Level Two rates for hourly
one-on-one telephone consulting.
Entrepreneurship Advantage Inc. will provide an initial
45 minutes free consultation to establish rapport,
understand the entrepreneurs need and to establish
an agreement for consulting.

Getting Started
Clients will download the
Entrepreneurship Advantage Consulting
Questionnaire (EACQ) including three preferred dates and times to
schedule the initial conversation and fax the completed form to the
consulting coordinator at 508-485-7505.
After the initial 45 minutes, if both parties agree
that a minimum of 3 consulting hours can accomplish
measurable results:
- The EA Consultant summarizes the conversation and the goals and objectives to be accomplished in a minimum of 3 consulting hours in the Entrepreneurship Advantage Consulting Agreement (EACA)
- Client signs the agreement and completes payment form and faxes back to EA
- Client and Consultant agree upon dates for initial
consulting sessions
- Payment for consulting is required prior to consulting
sessions
